I am an Experience Designer passionate about all forms of design, psychology, technology, anthropology and cognitive sciences.

I am a strategic thinker who can pply conceptual thinking to create digital services across multiple platforms.
I develop elegant solutions, serving both business goals and user needs.

I use iterative design techniques including observational studies, customer
interviews, usability testing, and research insights, learn about user behavior and verify design concepts.

I define the information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through usability testing.

MY EXPERIENCE
​
I have nearly 10 years experience in the digital space at both client and agency side working for a variety of local and global clients.
Highly experienced in digital project and stakeholder management, I have developed interest in UX at the very early stages of my carrier. I've pursued my passion when I came to Australia to become a Experience designer.

I'm agile trained and believe the best results happen in team work.

I'm stimulated by the constant learning and change in our field.
​
As an experience designer, I have recently completed a large theme park project using online and on-site services. I've redesigned the entire customer journey to streamline the experience and offer better online and on-site services to customers.

WHAT I DO
I am a Design Lead with strong focus on end-to-end service experiences and product development. I'm passionate about all forms of design, psychology, anthropology, technology and cognitive sciences.

I have led design teams, consistently worked in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, engineers and product managers, contributed to design projects and partnered with key stakeholders to deliver new and innovative customer experiences.
​
I am also an interior design enthusiast, a foodie, a yogi, a change seeker, a good travel planner, a bad cook and a creative but analytical mind.
​
I love using the power design for ethical and high impact real life problems such as homelessness, childcare and circular economy initiatives. I am a member of Australian Circular Economy Hub and one of my area of interest is waste management.

In short, I'm a problem solver. I solve complex business problems by deep diving into customer behaviour analysis and understanding the business challenges.

I have been in this field for the past 15+ years and have been creating & delivering new products and services for my entire career.

I have a holistic view of design and problem solving. I bring an iterative and collaborative design approach to turn insights into solutions that shape future visioning and strategy development.

I have +15 years experience working in the digital space including customer strategies, end-to-end digital project management, UX, CX and Service Design with a blend of digital agency, client side and consulting environments.
